Introduction to Scientific Computing¶
The IDCS unit provides resources to meet scientific computing needs:
-
An HPC-IA cluster called cholesky for intensive parallel computing and numerical simulations requiring CPU and GPU resources, combined with a very high-speed, low-latency network.
-
A cloud@virtualdata CLOUD infrastructure for computing, data processing and post-processing, and virtual environments on demand (VRE).
-
An on-demand JupyterHUB platform for interactive computing, based on jupyter notebooks.
-
MATHEMATICA software licenses.
